The 25-minute quiz should be based on material covered in the first five weeks of lectures and first four labs. The main emphasis will be on knowledge of makefiles, and basic C through Chapter 13 of King. You may bring and use either the text by King or K&R, and any standard Unix text, like "Your Unix" by S. Das.

Class notes and copies of previous quiz problems are NOT PERMITTED.
