Q: When using the Proteome Analyst Beta Server my browser
times out while loading a large proteome for
analysis, or while loading a large training set.
A: Although the browser says it timed out PA is still working to load
your file. Wait a few minutes and then try your analysis (or
classifier training) again, your proteome should appear in the drop
down box of previously uploaded data.
