Using these signals, we can define the equations for A2-A0:
A2 = H4 + H5 + H6 + H7
A1 = H2 + H3 + H6 + H7
A0 = H1 + H3 + H5 + H7
Finally:
IDLE = I0’•I1’•I2’•I3’•I4’•I5’•I6’•I7’
