• Submit files in uncompressed form.
• In order to submit using try you have to login to an undergrad linux machine such as csu201 to csu216, csu251 to csu275, csu301 to csu334, or csu401 to csu42. Here is a sample of the steps that you will have to execute:
  1. Click on 'Terra Term-ssh' icon on the Desktop.
  2. This will bring up a window for selecting machine name to login.
  3. Type in any desired machine name (i.e. csu411) and press 'Enter'.
  4. This will bring up another window asking for name and password.
  5. Supply accordingly and press 'Enter'.
  6. You will get an window showing shell on the target machine.
  7. Type in 'try' command.
• To submit lab1, use the following command:
  try c329 lab1 lab1.sch lab1.vhd
• To submit lab2, use the following command:
  try c329 lab2 lab2.vhd kb_hex.vhd parity.vhd waveform.wfs
• The name of the files do not need to be same as shown above. But the content of the files should be what is listed in the comments above.
• Do not submit files using more than single try command. As for example, if you submit the files for lab1 as follows: try c329 lab1 lab1.sch
try c329 lab1 lab1.vhd
  in this case the submitted file lab1.sch in first command may be overwritten by the file lab1.vhd submitted by the second command. There is no background process which will check whether you have submitted correct number of files or not.
• Lab Reports: Hardcopies of lab reports should be handed in to the TA during your lab sections. The report should follow the lab report guidelines provided in the lab webpage and in general should not contain the files submitted using try.
