  • A student registration must be supported by a valid student ID.
  • A member registration must be supported by a valid IEEE/RSJ/JSME membership number.
  • Registration payment can be made in Renminbi, with a conversion rate of one (1) US dollar to eight (8) Chinese Yuan.
Registration Policies
  • At least one author must pre-register and commit to attending the conference and presenting the paper.
  • A regular registration allows two papers, and a student registration allows one paper, to be included in the proceedings.
  • Each paper can be up to six pages in length. The cost of each extra page is $150.

All these policies must be strictly followed or your paper may not be included in the final conference program and proceedings and/or appear in IEEE Xplore.
