Below is a picture of the meeting held on Tuesday, September 15, 1998 in the ILO, in which the University of Alberta (represented by Derek Gratz, second to the left) and the Avra Principals: Paul Sorenson, Tony Olekshy and Jim Hoover signed the Spin-Off Company Master Affiliation Agreement.

AvraSoft officially came into existence on May 5, 1998.
