The thin line represents "x=y", which is a perfect fit to the model. The closer the thick and thin line are, the better the fit.

Note that both Normal and Beta are typically ok when &mu is in [0.2, 0.8]. Outside this range, Normal is particularly bad, which Beta is still often close.
