Fuego played four 9x9 games against the professionals. There was a marked contrast
between the games with Black and with White. Foego did very well with White, winning against
Chou 4 Dan and achieving a won position (but eventually losing) against Chou 9 Dan.
In contrast, the games with Fuego as Black were one-sided losses right out of the opening.
Fuego also played two 13x13 games against the 6 Dan amateurs, losing both games.
A common theme of all lost games was the problem of multiple concurent evaluation errors,
such as the "two safe groups" problem. A detailed analysis of these games and of this problem is
