Please download the file to a temporary directory from either site.

Right-click the file and then save it, otherwise some browser may try to open it as text. If possible, use IE. There are some reports about problems with Netscape.

The file "BNSoftware.msi" uses the Windows Installer, which comes with Office 2000 and Windows 2000. Click the file "BNSoftware.msi" to see if your system can recognize it; if not, you need to download and install the Windows Installer first.

If the Windows installer cannot open the file, that means the file is corrupt during download. Please clean the cache of the browser and download again.

The setup program may ask you to update Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) on your system first, please go http://www.microsoft.com/data/download.htm and follow the instructions carefully. If JET component is not a part of the MDAC, download the JET component update separately.
