My research aims to create and test quantitative models of learning, timing, and decision-making. I hope to combine approaches from artificial intelligence and animal learning into a single coherent framework for understanding the mind and the brain.
I am currently a post-doc with Rich Sutton in the Department of Computing Science at the University of Alberta. I am also a founder and past President of the UofA Postdoctoral Fellows Association.
