Here is where I tell you that I was a PhD student in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and that I was jointly supervised by professors Robin Cohen, Dale Schuurmans and Michael Bowling.
At the University of Waterloo I was part of the Artificial Intelligence Research Group. When I had the time, I tried to attend the problem sessions of the Algorithms and Complexity Group as well; usually I contributed nothing but it brought back pleasant memories of being a Master's student in that group.
The astute browser will note that both Dr. Schuurmans and Dr. Bowling are actually in the Department of Computing Science at the University of Alberta. This explains my affiliation with the Alberta Ingenuity Center for Machine Learning and the Reinforcement Learning and Artificial Intelligence group there, as well as their generosity in hosting this page.
I am currently working at AiLive.
