You remember how I said that I couldn't find anything to do with reverse
if-conversion in IMPACT? I just found this on the IMPACT group's
webpage:

Will the IMPACT research group be releasing implementations for
specific papers?
No. Practically all of our paper implementations are based on
versions of IMPACT that are totally incompatible with the
external IMPACT public release (and with each other for that
matter; see answer to above question).
So perhaps they did it in some internal version, but the public release of
IMPACT is another matter.
The work I've done on the paper is being cleaned up now, I'll send it
later today.
